Soy milk has countless health benefits, as it is not only a source of proteins but also an antioxidant that protects you from serious diseases.

- Soy milk is made from dried soybeans, and it contains low fats and carbs, which may help in eliminating excess weight.

- Soy milk does not contain lactose which isa substance found in milk and its derived animal products, that cause puffiness, diarrhea and abdominal pain. Therefore, soy milk is recommended for people with puffiness or problems with milk digestion.
A study by the Food and Drug Administration in the United States shows that; soy represents an alternative to meat and animal products for vegetarians.
Clinical research has shown that daily calories of 25 grams of soy protein; with low fat and cholesterol levels, reduce the risk of heart disease.
Soy milk contains water-soluble chemicals called iso-flavones or plant estrogen; which is part of the Flavonoids family that gives vegetables and fruits their color, and is considered as powerful antioxidants.
The benefits of estrogen (female hormone) are:
• Increase women's libido.
• enlarge the chest.
• Nail growth.
• Reduce hair loss.
• Give freshness and freshness to the skin.
